Glazd is modernizing the way landlords offer insurance protection to their residents – starting with renters insurance and compliance tracking software. Proptech is a disruptor across those industries and we’re looking for someone to lead that disruption with our client services team.
We are looking for an expert in Hubspot with an emphasis on Hubspot Service Hub. The right person will accelerate our customer-facing experience by identifying ways to improve our internal tools, systems, and processes. A strong candidate will have excellent logical thinking skills, an ability to understand diverse customer perspectives, and a drive to maintain a high quality product. As someone who has customer service experience, you demand excellent communication and processes to enable the best customer experience.
This is an opportunity to lead and develop an early stage service department. You will be responsible for many different technical projects, including optimizing how we use Hubspot, service automation, problem solving, working with various CMS systems to engage our customers, and providing insight and application scopes to help deliver the best possible customer experience.
