Glazd is modernizing the way landlords offer insurance protection to their residents – starting with renters insurance and compliance tracking software. Glazd operates at the intersection of two of the oldest and biggest industries in the world – insurance and real estate. Proptech is a disruptor across those industries and we’re looking for someone to lead that disruption with our client services team. 

We are looking for an expert in Hubspot with an emphasis on Hubspot Service Hub. The right person will accelerate our customer-facing experience by identifying ways to improve our internal tools, systems, and processes. A strong candidate will have excellent logical thinking skills, an ability to understand diverse customer perspectives, and a drive to maintain a high quality product. As someone who has customer service experience, you demand excellent communication and processes to enable the best customer experience.

This is an opportunity to lead and develop an early stage service department. You will be responsible for many different technical projects, including optimizing how we use Hubspot, service automation, problem solving, working with various CMS systems to engage our customers, and providing insight and application scopes to help deliver the best possible customer experience.

Projects:

  • Hubspot
    • Develop ticket automation workflows
    • Set up SLAs for CSR team
    • Identify and standardize high-traffic areas of our service experience
  • Glazd Software
    • Optimize customer touchpoints to expedite the customer experience
    • Propose and scope internal flows to increase internal efficiency
    • Test and validate implemented changes

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with our in-place client services team to understand improvement areas and priorities.
  • Working within Hubspot to create workflows that will increase efficiency.
  • Identify relevant key performance indicators, and strategies to improve technical aspects around them.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental team leads and stakeholders in order to drive the engineering roadmap and priorities.
  • Work with our clients to understand their needs, and produce meaningful solutions.
  • Mentor and coach an early-stage client service team to facilitate growth and career advancement.

A candidate with the skills to succeed will:

  • Have a strong understanding of Hubspot, and be able to work with online resources and our dedicated Hubspot point of contact to optimize our use of the service
  • Have experience in the online customer service industry
  • Have experience with delivering usable workflows, and thinking through possible downstream effects
  • Be excited about working for a Startup, and looking for a company to grow with
